In 2018, I became the owner of 811 Eleanor Street. The previous owners lived in the home for four years after purchasing it from Griffin Properties, who had taken it down to the studs and completed a total remodel including new roof, plumbing, and electrical. I immediately fell in love with my charming home and it ticked all of my prerequisite boxes: a bungalow, wood flooring (no carpet), white kitchen, two bathrooms, a garage, and located inside the Loop. During the home inspection, my inspector stated, “This house is solid; it is better than the new builds I inspect.” My realtor recently told me that he still compares the homes he inspects to my home in Lindale Park.

After almost two years in my 1930s remodeled bungalow, I am still in love with my home. I highly recommend Griffin Properties to anyone looking for a quality home with character and charm.
